Become a trusted guide for customers – conducting piercings, educating on aftercare, maintaining a sterile environment, and addressing questions and concerns throughout the process.
- Keep It Fresh: Maintain an Insta‑worthy store with perfect displays, organized inventory, and easy‑to‑shop layouts that make browsing fun and effortless.
- Team Collaboration: Support the Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and creating a positive, high‑energy vibe that customers and coworkers love.

About You

- Job Requirements
- Can conduct piercings with patience and empathy, especially with young or anxious customers.
- Know how to operate a Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.
- Ability to stand during scheduled shifts and lift/maneuver 11‑35kg (25‑75lbs).
- Capacity to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Have a strong grasp of mathematics and reading comprehension.
- Passion for fashion and interest in the latest trends.
- Can create a curated fashion look with product during your shift.
