Claires Court in Maidenhead is seeking a Trainee Rowing Coach / Gap Year Assistant to join our school rowing programme from September 2026. This role is ideal for an aspiring coach or competitive rower looking to gain coaching experience while continuing to develop their own rowing ability.

You will support Year 9 and Year 10 development squads, help prepare equipment, maintain boats, and assist at regattas; the position offers afternoon sessions and potential evening/weekend work.
