Part-Time School Cleaner Claires Court School, Maidenhead £13.30 per hour Part-time | Term-time opportunities Starting November 2026 Full uniform provided Claires Court School is recruiting several reliable and hardworking Part-Time School Cleaners to help maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our Maidenhead sites. Available shifts 5.00am-9.00am, Monday to Friday - term time only, 36 weeks per year Locations: SL6 6AW and SL6 8TE 2.00pm-6.00pm, Monday to Friday Location: College Avenue, Maidenhead, SL6 6AW Please state your preferred shift when completing the application form that will be submitted. The role Working as part of our supportive Domestic Services team, you will clean designated areas of the school to ensure a safe, welcoming and hygienic environment for pupils, employees and visitors. Your responsibilities will include: Cleaning allocated classrooms, offices, communal areas and facilities Following cleaning schedules and maintaining consistently high standards Using cleaning products, equipment and machinery safely Wearing the appropriate uniform and personal protective equipment Keeping cleaning equipment and storage areas clean, secure and organised Reporting hazards, damage or maintenance issues to your supervisor Following all health and safety, safeguarding and school procedures Supporting colleagues and covering other areas when reasonably required Full training will be provided, including the safe use of cleaning machinery. Previous cleaning experience would be helpful but is not essential.
