About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and professional Minibus Driver to join our Estates Team. Working Monday to Friday, you will transport pupils to and from school and school activities, ensuring a safe, punctual, and friendly service. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of safety, safeguarding, and vehicle care, while representing the school in a professional manner at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely transport pupils on designated routes and school activities
  • Carry out daily vehicle checks and basic weekly maintenance checks
  • Ensure vehicles are clean, safe, and roadworthy
  • Maintain accurate passenger registers and transport records
  • Monitor routes, traffic conditions, and delays
  • Promote positive pupil behaviour and ensure safety at all times
  • Report incidents, delays, or vehicle faults promptly
  • Comply with all road safety, safeguarding, and health & safety regulations

Person Specification

  • Valid D1 or PCV driving licence
