About the Role We are seeking a committed and organised Lead Junior Coach to lead our Year 9 and Year 10 (J14/15) program across both boys’ and girls’ squads. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching while creating a positive, structured, and ambitious environment. Alongside coaching, you will support squad administration, parent communication, and event logistics. This role is pivotal in developing athletes from complete beginners through to competitive level, ensuring strong technical foundations and a lifelong love of sport.
