Responsibilities

  • Own the Sales Game: Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling must-have accessories, and hyping up promos to drive revenue.
  • Piercing Excellence: Join the ranks of our piercing experts through comprehensive training. Become a trusted guide for customers – conducting piercings, educating on aftercare, maintaining a sterile environment, and addressing questions and concerns throughout the process.
  • Keep It Fresh: Maintain a clean store with perfect displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts that make browsing fun and effortless.
  • Team Collaboration: Support your Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and creating a positive, high-energy vibe that customers (and coworkers) love.
  • Brand Representation: Showcase Claire’s products and services. Stay plugged into the latest fashion and social media trends to help customers find their perfect style and boost sales.

About You & Qualifications

  • POS Proficiency: You’re proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently.
  • Education & Experience: You have completed some high school and have at least one year of retail management experience.
  • Physical Requirements: You can stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11–35kg (25–75lbs), including bending, stooping, extended reaching, and climbing ladders or step stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers.
  • Communication & Math Skills: You have strong verbal and written communication skills and a solid grasp of mathematics for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
