Hybrid role – 2 days per week in the office

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to play a pivotal role in fostering a high-performance, engaged culture across Bureau Veritas UK & Ireland.

In this role, you will work closely with management teams to influence people strategies, ensure consistent HR practices, and align HR initiatives with business objectives to drive overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Culture & People Decisions: Support and challenge management teams on people-related decisions and strategies, fostering a high-performance and engaged culture.
  • Ensure HR Consistency: Maintain consistent HR standards and processes across the business to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Commercial Focus: Take a commercial view of people practices, ensuring alignment with overall business outcomes.
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Collaborate with the Recruitment team to support effective workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Change & Organisation Management: Develop and implement strategies to manage change and enhance organisational effectiveness.
  • Employee Engagement & Training Needs: Engage with employees to understand their training needs and foster a positive work environment.
  • Leadership & HR Development: Display role model leadership behaviour, enhancing HR capabilities across Bureau Veritas.
  • Employee Relations & Policy Adherence: Manage employee relations and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
  • Strong influencing and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive strategic people decisions.
  • Proven experience in project/change management and employee relations.
  • Commercially aware, with a focus on driving business outcomes through people practices.
  • Strong understanding of HR standards, policies, and processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
