About the Role

Dandy is hiring an experienced Recruiter to join our rapidly growing venture‑backed company. The recruiting team owns all the end‑to‑end hiring processes, candidate experience and hiring manager relationships. In this role, you’ll be our second recruiter in EMEA, and will need to deliver exceptional candidate experience across the Commercial business (mainly Post‑Sales, CX, Training, Marketing and Ops positions — but potentially some high‑volume Sales roles as well) as we expand in the region. What You’ll Do

  • Be a strategic partner to Dandy’s leadership team by providing strategic talent mapping, compensation advice, market insights, recruiting metrics, and strategies to improve the efficiency of the funnel — especially as we think about expanding into brand new markets.
  • Manage full‑cycle recruiting process, sourcing and building relationships with candidates, creating positive interview experiences, and managing the offer process across the organization.
  • Lead talent management strategy across our growing post‑sales and marketing organizations, working closely with HR to support the business leader in delivering on shared goals.
  • Develop creative recruiting strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of diverse A+ talent at all levels through research, social media, cold calls, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns to accomplish hiring goals.
  • Build and provide weekly data‑driven insights to business leaders in order to elevate and improve our recruiting processes and strategies.
  • Manage and drive projects contributing to the design, implementation, and improvement of recruiting tools and processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in full‑cycle recruitment, at a tech start‑up or high‑scaling start‑up, experience in recruiting across the entire organization with clear focus on Commercial (non‑tech) hiring.
  • Track record of success recruiting and hiring for roles at all levels, from individual contributors to VP‑level positions.
  • Self‑starter who can work independently and truly own Post‑Sales, CX, Training, and Marketing hiring for the EMEA region.
  • Excellent networker and understanding in how to effectively engage high‑caliber candidates across multiple business functions.
  • Excellent communicator and have the ability to persuade and advise leaders on recruiting best practices.
  • Experience using recruiting metrics to identify problems, provide insights, and drive decisions.
