About the Role
Dandy is hiring a dynamic, high‑energy, process‑driven sales manager to join our rapidly growing venture‑backed company. This is the first international sales manager ever hired at Dandy. As a leader you will guide our founding team of UK Account Executives to exceed quota and fuel Dandy’s international expansion.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire a group of 4–5 high‑performing Dandy Account Executives to consistently exceed their goals
- Collaborate with the UK General Manager and senior GTM leadership to set and drive a high bar of performance for the team
- Coach the team on a continuous basis, including weekly 1‑on‑1 touch‑bases, live call reviews, pipeline reviews, and training sessions
- Lead weekly team meetings to outline objectives and keep the team motivated and excited
- Manage escalations, help reps navigate challenging deals, and participate directly in all aspects of the sales cycle to deliver great outcomes
- Be a product and process expert to unblock team members as needed
- Influence UK go‑to‑market strategy and determine how the Dandy pitch and offering differ in the UK market versus the U.S.
- Operate with an ownership mentality, proactively tackling opportunities to improve the team and Dandy
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of quota‑carrying experience
- 2+ years of sales management experience
- Proven record of success in a high‑velocity/high‑volume sales environment
- Comfort in a fast‑paced start‑up environment; low ego and tolerance of ambiguity and change
- Experience motivating a team to maintain a calendar of outbound prospecting
- Intellectual curiosity—to continuously educate yourself on our customer’s industry
Bonus Points For
- Experience selling to SMB customers, particularly in an antiquated industry
- Excellent time‑management and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce and other sales‑tech stack tools such as Gong
