Join our retail team as a volunteer—meet amazing people, learn new skills, and have fun while making a difference! Our Hunts Cross Shop is based within a busy retail park, and sells a mix of furniture and household goods as well as having a great stock of clothing, shoes, toys and books. The Hunts Cross shop is currently looking for volunteers to help serve customers on the till during their busy weekends. If you have a couple of hours to give on a Saturday or Sunday, please get in touch; we are flexible and you don’t need to commit to every weekend, just when you can.
What you’ll do:
- Welcome and assist customers
- Sort and display donations
- Steaming and tagging stock
- Keep the shop clean, tidy, and looking great
- Operate the till (with full training)
- Selling lottery tickets
- Help with window displays and promotions
