Our aim is to be the leading charity retailer in the North West.

We are looking to recruit a full-time Superstore Manager in our Chester shop, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday.

Relevant retail management experience working within either a discount environment or the charity sector is essential.

The successful candidate will have experience in meeting targets and deadlines, dealing with financial figures and be ICT literate.

Excellent people supervisory/management, communication and customer service skills and experience is a must.

It is essential to have experience in recruiting and working with volunteers.
