Our aim is to be the leading charity retailer in the North West.
We are currently recruiting for a part time Assistant Shop Manager in our Prestatyn shop who will support the Manager in the day-to-day operation and to lead a team of volunteers. You will work 13.5 hours per week, on a variable rota over 7 days, including weekends and bank/public holidays. Relevant experience working within either a fashion environment or the charity sector is essential. Supervisory experience, working with volunteers or selling furniture would be advantageous.
You will assist the Manager in achieving sales within the shop using best charity retail practice, creative flair, and an ability to lead by example. As well as a competitive salary you will also receive the following benefits:
