At ClaimSorted, we're building a more resilient world - one where people and businesses have the confidence to pursue bigger opportunities. We're doing this by transforming how insurance delivers on its most important promise: helping people and businesses recover when things go wrong.
The world's largest insurers and Fortune 500 companies work with us to handle claims and manage risk more efficiently, so they - and the people they protect - can move forward with confidence. Backed by Y Combinator, Atomico and Eurazeo, we grew 10x in the past year - and we're just getting started.
We’re looking for a Founding Product to own our internal product - the AI systems and tools our claims teams use every day to handle claims faster and better. You’ll own the internal product roadmap - decide what we build next based on what matters most to our claims teams and our operational goals, and make sure it ships and gets used.
You’ll be the bridge between engineering and the people using what they build - translate what claims handlers need into clear requirements engineering can execute against, and translate technical capability back into something non-technical teams can actually use. You’ll make impact measurable, not assumed - track usage, gather feedback, and flag when a feature or automation isn’t landing the way it should, before it becomes a bigger problem.
We love working together in the office, so this is a full-time, office-based role in our London office. We’re a tight-knit team that genuinely enjoys building this together, and we think you’ll feel that from day one.
WHO YOU ARE
We care more about hunger and grit than years on a resume. You might come from a product management, product operations, or technical program management background - what matters is you can sit between a technical team and a non-technical one and make both sides successful.
- Strong understanding of how AI/agentic systems actually work - enough to have a real conversation with engineers, even if you’re not writing the code yourself.
- Excellent at translating technical capability into plain language - you can explain what a feature does and why it matters to someone with no technical background.
- Structured and process-minded - you can prioritise, scope and plan a roadmap, not just react to the loudest request.
