About the Role
We’re looking for a new member to join our Special Projects Team to keep our Talent Partners supplied with a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

Find the right people: research and identify strong candidates for our open roles

Reach out at volume: run outreach across email, LinkedIn and other channels

Turn outreach into meetings: keep a high conversion rate from first message to qualified meeting

Keep improving: test and refine your messaging, and use AI tools to make outreach faster and more structured

This role is based within our broader Special Projects team, with the potential to extend responsibilites beyond Talent with high-performing candidates
This is a full-time role in our London office.
