We are looking for talented individuals to join our expanding claims department. Our ideal candidate will have experience managing property/gadget/warranty claims.
- Manage a portfolio of insurance claims from notification to closure.
- Communicate with the customer and other third parties to gather all required information for the claim.
- Support the customer effectively and with empathy throughout the claim experience.
- Investigate claim details against the policy coverage and follow all claim processing guidelines.
- Provide a fast and easy claims experience, always meeting service level requirements.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience managing property/gadget/warranty claims.
- Ability to interpret and apply insurance policy wordings.
- Ability to support process improvement initiatives to continuously improve claims processes.
