Weare recruiting for a Counter Fraud Technical Lead on behalf of atop Motor Insurer.

Thesuccessful candidate wil l act as the senior technicalauthority on claims fraud investigations and strategy covering organisedfraud, litigation, repudiations, and intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading complex fraudinvestigations as the senior technical referral point, covering cash forcrash, exaggerated claims, organised fraud and policy misrepresentation.
  • Owning the customerrepudiation and declinature process, including reviewing complex cases and managing escalations.
  • Supporting litigationoutcomes by providing strategic input on fraud pleadings, trialsuitability, and recovery and prosecution options.
  • Owning organised fraudstrategy by identifying, upgrading and managing internal operations andtheir financial reporting.
  • Managing loading ofentities and subjects to fraud prevention databases.
  • Designing, delivering and signing off highly technical training content for the department.
  • Owning and maintaining counterfraud technical documentation across the business.
  • Presenting findings andstrategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and senior committees.
  • Conducting technicalauditing across organised fraud, litigation, repudiations and missedopportunity leakage.

Key Requirements

  • Claims Counter Fraud experience (motor preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of organised fraud strategy.
  • Knowledge of external intelligence sources and databases.
  • Exposure to motor claims fraud litigation.
  • Process review / improvement experience.
