We are seeking a Senior Claims Adjuster on behalf of a highly regarded London Market Insurer. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling requisite Financial & Professional Lines claims via referral and directly.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling claims for responsible line(s) of business, from FNOL to settlement.
- Senior point of reference, key technical referral point, and subject matter expert for Financial & Professional Lines claims.
- Accountable for ensuring all claims data is correct and up to date.
- Manage and strengthen effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Regularly monitor and provide insights to claims data to ensure quality of claims.
Key Requirements
- Proven (10+ years) Experience of Claims Market Experience within responsible classes of business: Financial Lines - FIPI, Crime, Fidelity, D&O, E&O.
- Experience of Global Construction, UK Solicitors, US PI for Lawyers, Accountants and EPLI business and Cyber is desirable.
- A firm understanding of the key principles and practises of the London Market.
- Knowledge of the different broking procedures and claims reporting.
- Knowledge of ECF2 / IMR.
- Degree / ACII or similar professional qualification (desirable).
- Proven Expert / Vendor Management.
