Cyber Security Consultant on behalfof a leading international insurer operating within the Lloyd's market.
The successful candidate will help develop the Group's cyberunderwriting strategy, cyber risk appetite, cyber risk limit, cyberunderwriting guideline, and cyber accumulation control and tools foraffirmative and non-affirmative coverages.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain anunderstanding of key cyber threats, the broader cybersecurity landscape, and cyber insurance, continuing to develop subject matter knowledge toprovide insights and support the Global Head of Cyber Risk (GHCR) indelivering the cyber security strategy and Mid-term Plan (MTP).
- Lead the gathering andanalysis of market intelligence, contributing to the bi-annual CCo EHorizon Scan, the regular cyber market intelligence report, and ad-hocinternal Technical, Cyber Risk and Market Intelligence reports.
- Support the team in thedevelopment and delivery of cyber technical training.
- Support the maintenanceand production of Realistic Disaster Scenarios (RDS) and broader riskparametrisation relating to the internal accumulation model.
- Lead the CCo E'sassessment and selection of technical tools, explaining the technicallandscape and promoting the team's capabilities.
- Develop externalcommunications and thought leadership material, and manage stakeholdersthrough regular communication appropriate to each target group.
- Key Requirements
- University degree in arelevant field.
- Cyber risk and riskassessment practical experience.
- Ability to collect, analyse, and disseminate threat intelligence, both actionable andstrategic.
- Confident delivery oftechnical learning to varied audiences.
- Fundamental knowledge ofcyber insurance.
- High degree of serviceorientation and attention to detail, with good networking skills.
- Strong Microsoft Officeskills, able to create reports for senior management; experience with the Adobe suite is desirable.
