We are recruitingfor a
Claims Administrator on behalf of a highly regarded Lloyd's Syndicate.
The successfulcandidate will be a school leaver or graduate with initiative who is lookingfor their first role in the Lloyd’s/London Market.
As Claims Administrator youwill carry out a variety of tasks, supporting all members of the claims team.
The position will involve data entry, filing and other routine administrativetasks, along with the opportunity to work with our MI team to develop andenhance the current systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up claims and filing correspondence / documents on to theinternal system.
- Producing reports, and disseminating claims data both internallyand externally.
- Inputting data on to the internal system and liaising with otherdepartments.
- Assisting in the production of monthly and quarterly MI foreffective board reporting.
- Liaising with brokers and service providers.
- Processing monthly claims bordereaux.
- Key Requirements
- Confident to undertake routine tasks on a daily basis.
- Ability to prioritise work effectively and support members of theclaims team.
- Solid IT skills and attention to detail are critical.
- Proven strong written and verbal communication skills.
