Claims Recruitment Services has been retained to bring to the market a new position within the claims leadership team of an established, growing and highly reputable global (Re)Insurer.
The successful candidate will be a highly effectual and active member of the group claims leadership team, a key point of contact for senior leadership across the organisation, and a major contributor to the strategic direction and development of the team moving forward.
Peers of this individual will be the Heads of Claims across the global regions. The position will hold a high level of authority on global catastrophic and complex claims across the specialty classes, including but not limited to Energy, Marine and Aviation.
We are looking to engage confidentially with claims leadership individuals who have an extensive technical and strategic background across Energy claims and/or Marine claims and/or Aviation claims or similar.
A significant remuneration package is on offer including base salary, bonus and LTI as well as an extensive benefits package.
