We are recruiting for a SeniorClaims Specialist - Credit & Political Risk on behalf ofa leadingLondon Market Insurer.
The role focuses on structured credit claims with somepolitical risk claims but you will also handle other specialty lines ofbusiness.
Key Responsibilities
- HandlingCredit & Political Risk claims via referral and directly.
- Ensuringthe best outcomes for clients and the business are achieved consistently.
- Assistingthe Claims Manager and deputising when required.
- Deliveringa first-class claims experience to clients, brokers and internalstakeholders.
- Acting as a key subject matter expert andtechnical referral point providing specialist knowledge as required withregard to all relevant classes of business.
Key Requirements
- Significantexperience in within Credit & Political Risk claims, or from arelevant legal or adjusting background.
- Up todate understanding of the technical/legal requirements of the role,including knowledge of banks' business and debt restructuring.
- Experienceof working on claims for Financial Institutions/lender.
