We are recruiting for a Claims Operations Manager on behalf of a new Lloyd’s Syndicate
This is an exciting opportunity for a Claims Operations Manager to join a new Lloyd’s Syndicate and grow the team. Reporting in to the Head of Claims, the successful candidate will drive performance, enhance process improvements, and support the delivery of an effective customer focused claims service. Reporting to the Head of Claims, it is a key role focused on stakeholder collaboration to develop and oversee proactive claims management and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and leading the operational oversight of the claim function.
- Monitoring claims operating model by review of existing processes, identifying improvements and implementing changes where appropriate.
- Continuing to improve the governance and reporting framework across Syndicate claims.
- Developing a robust oversight framework that monitors and manages all risks associated with delegated claims handling services.
- Building and developing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Acting as a claims representative on inter-departmental initiatives.
- Co-ordinating and monitoring development of systems design and change process where required.
