AI Integration Specialist

We are looking for an AI-savvy professional to join our data team. You will be instrumental in embedding AI technologies into our workflows, using tools like machine learning, natural language processing, and automation to enhance insight generation, improve efficiency, and support strategic decision-making.

Location: Hybrid, some travel to our offices when required.

What you will be doing:
Use AI to explore and analyse organisational data.
Develop AI solutions to extract insights and generate recommendations.
Automate document review, classification, and data extraction.
Support calculations and modelling using AI tools.
Assess and improve internal processes using AI-driven solutions.
Contribute to building a strong, ethical AI culture within the business.
What we need from you:
Experience with AI tools and platforms (OpenAI, Azure AI, Python ML frameworks).
Strong data analysis skills, ideally with analytics software (Power BI, Tableau).
Curiosity, creativity, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
An interest in building ethical, human-centred AI solutions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to share insights with both technical and non-technical audiences.
