Are you an organised, compassionate communicator with a sharp eye for detail? Join our growing team of Loss Assessors and play a vital role in supporting people through some of life’s toughest moments.
We’re currently looking for a Claims Handler to join our Neath-based office. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients making property insurance claims — guiding them with empathy, gathering key information, and assisting with basic claims preparation. It’s a role where professionalism meets purpose.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to assist clients throughout their property insurance claim journey
- Collecting and organising relevant claim documentation
- Supporting Loss Assessors with administrative and case preparation tasks
- Delivering exceptional customer service with clarity and compassion
- Maintaining accurate records and case updates in our internal systems
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and a calm, client-focused approach
- Solid literacy and numeracy (GCSE Maths & English or equivalent preferred)
- Organised, methodical and confident working independently
- Experience in property claims preferred
- Cert CILA qualification is a bonus, but not essential – we value attitude and willingness to learn
- Full-time or part-time considered depending on the candidate
- Office-based in Neath
