Claimont Health is hiring! Are you a recent psychology graduate or are completing your Psychology degree? Do you want to build valuable experience while helping people live independent and fulfilling lives? We are looking for enthusiastic and caring Psychology graduates/students to join our team as a Support Worker on a Self-employed or Zero-hour contractual basis.
Typical duties may include:
- Supporting our clients with daily living tasks such as cooking, shopping and managing routines.
- Encouraging independence and developing life skills.
- Accompanying our clients to activities, appointments, or social events.
- Providing emotional support and positive encouragement.
- Promoting dignity, respect, and choice at all times.
- Working alongside a supportive team to deliver person-centred care.
Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Psychology graduate/student.
- Practical experience in health and social care preferable.
- Outstanding client and customer focus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
