The Complex Care Team at Claimont Health supports individuals to live their life to the full at home, covering Sussex and surrounding counties.
In this role you will lead shifts from 08:00–20:00 with nights 20:00–08:00 if required, work three days on shift and one admin day, and demonstrate empathy, compassion and strong leadership.
