We are looking for high quality, dynamic and experienced Complex Care Support Workers who have worked with a range of complex conditions and age groups. If you have experience with supporting young adults with complex care needs, we would like to hear from you.
We have a Client requiring support in the Portslade area.

Hours Available are as follows

  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday - 3:30pm to 8pm
  • Saturday - 10am to 8pm

You will need to be an experienced support worker who can support our young client with complex care needs. This role involves supporting her with daily living activities, personal care, and medical interventions.

About the Client

The client is a sociable, energetic young man who loves exploring the community and interacting with others. The client goes to college during the week. The client needs support with personal care, feeding and drinking.

There is also a dog in the home, so this role is well‑suited to someone who genuinely enjoys being around animals.

YOU MUST HOLD A UK DRIVING LICENCE AND HAVE ACCESS TO A CAR*
Required Skills/Qualifications:*

  • 1 year or more experience as a Complex Care Support Worker
  • Flexibility, maturity, independence, and carry a very high professional standard.
  • Commitment to delivering client specific care.
  • Adaptable approach to support client and family members.
  • Ability to maintain clear professional boundaries within a home setting.
