Claimont Health is recruiting for a fantastic role within our Commercial team. The opportunity is for a Mental Health Business and Relationship Manager who will be responsible for our growth within the public and private sectors of mental health. The postholder will be working as part of our wider Commercial Team and will benefit from the support and motivation from this team.

We provide high-profile, person centred, holistic mental health services to clients who prefer to be treated in the comfort of their own homes. We offer a tailored service, providing highly skilled mental health professionals to complement our clients' needs.
As our new Mental Health Business and Relationship Manager, you will focus on increasing profitability, specifically in relation to the public mental health sector. You will need to be a highly driven, analytical and results focused individual with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. We are looking for someone that really wants to play a role in making a difference for those that rely on our mental health services.
Your experience will include, but is not limited to:
- Have at least three years of commercial experience within the public sector is essential.
- Proven track record for successfully growing the commercial sales within an organisation.
- Building and strengthening internal and external relationships, managing customer relations, and implementing strategies designed to increase revenue and acquire new business opportunities.
- Leading public sector meetings that focus on increasing revenue and customer base relationships.
- Forging partnerships with NHS Trusts and local authority mental health providers and commissioners to increase bespoke individual packages of care and clinical services delivered by Claimont Health.
- Developing new partnerships with individuals, NHS providers, and commissioners to increase referrals.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external sales and marketing departments.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities for Claimont Health within the public mental healthcare space.
- Leveraging personal public sector relationships and networks to increase public sector contract volume.
- Collecting information to prepare proposals for sales meetings.
- Be familiar and experienced at developing finance costs for new work taking into account competitor costs and analysis.
- Continually learning about the company's services and developing new market entry propositions in partnership with the Claimont Health clinical team.
- Actively use and champion the use of the Salesforce Customer Relationship Management system.
- Oversee and line manage a developing commercial team for the public sector.

This is a hybrid role and it is essential for the post holder to be a car driver and be flexible to travel across England as and when required.
