We are looking for Nursing Assistants who have a proven track record of complex care experience and have supported clients with skills such as:
- Tracheostomy care
- Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG) including feeding.
- Ventilation management
- Oral suctioning
- Bowel management
- Nebuliser (NEB)
- Medications

You must have/be
- 1 years or more experience as a Complex Care Support Worker working with people with spinal injury.
- Flexibility, maturity, independence and the very highest professional standards
- Commitment to delivering client specific care
- Adaptable approach to support client and family members
- Ability to maintain clear professional boundaries within a home setting, 1 year or more experience as a Healthcare Assistant with complex care experience.
- Diploma in relevant health/ social subject.

Experience Essential
- Significant experience in a similar role which demonstrates
- commitment to mandatory training, attendance, and engagement.
- Previous care experience in a health, social care, or childcare setting.
- Experience of communicating highly complex or sensitive information and using skills to overcome barriers to understanding, such as, with non‑verbal clients.
- Understanding of Information Governance, Data Protection, Care Certificate standards, and safeguarding vulnerable children and adults.
- Experience of working in both acute and community settings.
- Experience with working within Mental Health.
- Ability to provide good quality care
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi‑task
- Be able to work on your own initiative and/or as part of team across multiple areas
