What do we need from you? We are looking for high quality, dynamic and experienced Complex Care Support Workers who have worked with a range of conditions and age groups. If you have experience with supporting children or young adults with physical complex care needs, we would like to hear from you. We have few clients requiring support in the Chichester area. This is a part time position.
Hours Available
1. Two nights of 10 hours on Wednesday & Thursday
2. Two periods of 5 hours – afternoons/evenings (times to be confirmed)
Requirements
- 1 year or more experience as a Complex Care Support Worker
- Flexibility, maturity, independence, and carry a very high professional standard
- Commitment to delivering client specific care
- Adaptable approach to support client and family members
- Ability to maintain clear professional boundaries within a home setting
