Claimont Health are looking for individuals who have an upbeat personality who are ready to work as a Mental Health Support Worker for our client who lives in Chester. We are looking for passionate and dedicated professionals to join our team. This rewarding opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact in the life of our client, working in a supportive, caring environment in a home-based setting.
Shift Pattern: 1 Week ON/OFF
Our client presents with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). Carers are required to assist with:
- Provide high-quality care to our client who has complex care and Mental Health needs
- Be proactive with managing the client's needs
- Ability to communicate clearly & effectively through verbal & written means
- Strong interpersonal skills, along with empathy
- Maintain clear and accurate care observation records
- General personal care
- Meds management
- Light household duties
Requirements:
- DBS
- National insurance number
- Right to work in UK
- Previous experience is essential
- Health and social care relevant training
- Must be able to drive and have access to their own car to commute to and from the service
