At Claimlane, we are looking for a hungry Business Development Manager with the ambition to grow fast. We fix complex warranty claims and returns processes for top retailers and brands. We are now looking to scale in the UK market and we are looking for A-players who want to make a difference and grow with the business. Our goal is to build a unicorn business, and a key part of achieving that is building a team with unicorn potential.
As a Business Development Manager you will support our expansion efforts mainly in the UK, and internationally where needed. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth and establishing strong relationships with retailers and brands.
- Collaborate with our Sales Development Representatives to qualify leads, book meetings, and manage the pipeline effectively.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant on returns management solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and positioning.
- Represent Claimlane at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and offerings.
- Identify and target key accounts, retailers, and brands to drive sales growth and revenue generation.
This is an on-site position based in Redhill, where our office is based. We offer a competitive salary, a great commission model, and stock options if you are interested in that.
