Operational Support Associate required at this award-winning mixed-use property development situated in Wembley. The Operations Support Associate is responsible for supporting the Resident and Leasing teams with operations focusing on high priority areas as required in order to ensure the smooth operation of the business whilst providing an optimal customer experience from pre-move-in activities, all the way through to move-out.
The role will be exciting, fast paced and varied in regard to day-to-day location and duties, giving broad experience across many functions allowing the Operational Support Associate to step in to support with holiday cover, open positions cover, special project focus during peak season such as Tenancy Co-ordination and other resident on-boarding administration tasks.
Key Duties:
- Ensuring the provision of excellent concierge services as required.
- Building strong working relationships with residents, guests, external contractors and colleagues.
- Conducting regular site inspections and operations.
- Helping to ensure the safety of all residents, guests and staff at the development.
The successful candidate will have significant experience gained within a similar role, previous experience of delivering excellent customer service, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a good understanding of Health and Safety processes.
