We are seeking an experienced and professional Concierge to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension up to 12 months. This role involves working both day and night shifts at a prestigious residential development in Victoria comprising 126 apartments.
This is a traditional concierge position requiring the highest standards of customer service, where you will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, delivering a warm, courteous, and professional experience at all times.
Your duties will include:
- Assisting with luggage and shopping
- Calling lifts
- Maintaining a welcoming presence at reception
- Liaising with contractors
- Coordinating with the fire brigade due to ongoing cladding remediation works on site
