- Logging and reporting any incidents of disrepair including all building defects, plumbing, heating and lighting defects
- Cleaning the communal areas inside and outside including clearing any rubbish, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting and polishing brass
Requirements:
- Hard-working, experienced caretaker
- Must produce excellent references for your experience
