Hours: Mon to Fri, various hours available

Pay: £12.71 per hour + holiday pay @ 12.07%

Responsibilities:

  • Logging and reporting any incidents of disrepair including all building defects, plumbing, heating and lighting defects
  • Cleaning the communal areas inside and outside including clearing any rubbish, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting and polishing brass

Requirements:

  • Hard-working, experienced caretaker
  • Must produce excellent references for your experience
