We are looking for someone with solid proven residential block management experience who also has experience in managing modern large and complex buildings and being involved in implementing a Resident Management Company. This is a fixed term contract of at least 6 months. The role will be hybrid from home but also working on site in Canning Town E16.
The primary focus is to be dedicated to being the main resident liaison between the residents in the process of forming an RMC and the managing agent and to deal with all issues in the smooth transition of the management from the building’s developer to the residents. Resident customer service and problem solving is the priority.
