Residential Block Manager - Hybrid (Part Time) £38,000 pro rata for 25 hours per week.

Location: Larkfield, Kent, ME20.

Working Hours: 9:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday to Friday (30‑minute lunch break). Flexibility can be negotiated.

Hybrid arrangement: office based in Larkfield with two days per week working from home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of block properties and estates.
  • Handle lessee concerns, maintenance reports, and communication via the reporting platform and homeowner calls/emails.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations.
  • Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard and comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for each block property.
  • Guarantee compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety standards, fire safety, and property management laws.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential block management.
  • Hold TPI Level 3 as a minimum (Level 4 preferred).
