Our client is looking for a Property Manager with a minimum of 5 years Central London experience to join their Block Management department.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking regular property inspections
- Managing client staff
- Negotiating competitive service contracts and the supervision of contractors
- Producing service charge budgets for client approval
- Arrears recovery
- Production of Section 20 Notices in respect of major works and long-term agreements
- Dealing with pre-contract enquiries from solicitors
- Attending client meetings including board meetings (usually out of office hours)
The successful applicant must be TPI qualified, have a good knowledge of current legislation and health & safety regulations, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
