Our client is looking for a Property Manager with a minimum of 5 years Central London experience to join their Block Management department.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking regular property inspections
  • Managing client staff
  • Negotiating competitive service contracts and the supervision of contractors
  • Producing service charge budgets for client approval
  • Arrears recovery
  • Production of Section 20 Notices in respect of major works and long-term agreements
  • Dealing with pre-contract enquiries from solicitors
  • Attending client meetings including board meetings (usually out of office hours)

The successful applicant must be TPI qualified, have a good knowledge of current legislation and health & safety regulations, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
