Part Time Porter/Cleaner Monday to Friday from 1pm to 6pm (25hrs per week) Kensington – London W8 £18,005 per annum (£13.85 per hour) On behalf of our client, we are seeking a dedicated Part Time Porter/Cleaner to work as a part of a team at a private residential development in Kensington area. You will be working alongside two other staff members and will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the communal areas internally and externally. Key duties include: cleaning communal areas such as carpets, windows, staircases, and lift interiors, polishing brass; monitoring and reporting maintenance issues; assisting the building management team; securely handling mail and keys and ensuring all logs and records are accurately maintained. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, a proactive attitude and a commitment to excellent service. You need to have previously cleaning experience, good English communication skills and best cleaning practices for maintaining special surfaces to a high standard such as glass, brass and stainless steel, good knowledge of health & Safety.
