A well-established high-end luxury residential block of flats in the heart of Chelsea is looking for an experienced Night Porter/Concierge to take control of nightly operations working every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10pm to 8am.
This is a lone working role and therefore requires a totally trustworthy individual with a strong sense of responsibility, a proven track record, and excellent references.
Whilst on duty, you will be situated at the reception desk where you will be responsible for:
- Meeting and greeting residents
- Monitoring the CCTV and fire alarm panels
- Managing visitors entering/leaving the building
- Managing parking spaces
- Answering the telephone/intercom
- Issuing keys in compliance with security procedures
- Completing the day book by recording any complaints, incidents, new residents, contractors on site, etc.
You will be required to be highly vigilant and take responsibility for the security of the building, which will involve physical walks of the communal areas intermittently through the night for:
- Checking for any reactive maintenance issues
- Fire prevention checks
- Checking for any unauthorised trespassers or security risks
The role will also involve luggage/shopping collection from time to time to help residents.
