The predicted salary is between 22800 - 28850 £ per year.
Exceptional and experienced Concierge required to join a large team at a superb residential development situated in Kensington. The hours are 7pm to 7am on a two-week rolling roster (5 shifts one week: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday then 2 shifts the following week on Wednesday and Thursday), an average of 42 hours per week over a 2-week period thereby enabling a long weekend off every other week. In effect the shift pattern is a 3 on 2 off 2 on 3 off rota.
Must have good organisational skills, excellent communication skills and customer service skills, a good understanding of Health and Safety, and have a strong proven track record. The concierge services for the property include but are not limited to holding keys, taking deliveries, carrying parcels & shopping, greeting, screening and escorting visitors, and generally providing lifestyle services for residents.
The Concierge will be responsible for ensuring that the reception is manned at all times and that the residents' needs are met whilst at the same time maintaining the security of the premises. The successful candidate must be extremely well presented and polite. All applicants must have a strong command of the English language, must be assertive, show initiative and have a very keen eye for detail.
Must have a strong proven track record of working in either a five-star hotel or high-end serviced or private residences as the Day Concierge will be responsible for the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk & Lobby, consistently deliver service excellence to the Residents keeping in view the ever-changing residents’ needs. Multi-Skill/ Multi-Tasking is seen as an imperative.
