Salary: £29,000

Exceptional and experienced Concierge required to join a small high-end residential building. Candidates need only apply if they are self-disciplined and highly experienced in customer service, dealing with VIP clients, and possess a critical eye for detail when it comes to carrying out specific instructions and duties/tasks.

Must have good organisational skills, excellent communication skills, and customer service skills, a good understanding of Health and Safety, and a strong proven track record. The right candidate will ideally have some technical/maintenance knowledge to assist in the smooth running of the building.

The concierge services for the property include but are not limited to:

  • Holding keys
  • Taking deliveries
  • Carrying parcels & shopping
  • Greeting, screening, and escorting visitors
  • Providing lifestyle services for residents

The Concierge will be responsible for ensuring that the reception is manned at all times and that the residents' needs are met while maintaining the security of the premises. The successful candidate must be extremely well presented and polite.

All applicants must have a strong command of the English language, be assertive, and show initiative. A strong proven track record of working in either a five-star hotel or high-end serviced or private residences is essential, as the Day Concierge will be responsible for the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk & Lobby, consistently delivering service excellence to the Residents while keeping in view the ever-changing residents’ needs. Multi-Skill/Multi-Tasking is seen as imperative.
