Experienced Night Concierge with either 5 star hotel experience or experience of working in a high end residential property required for this luxury development in the Isle of Dogs. Must have good organisational skills, excellent communication skills and customer service skills and have a strong proven track record. You must be extremely professional, hardworking, committed, tenacious who always over delivers without over promising! You need to have an eye for detail, be vigilant, discreet and diplomatic.
The concierge services for the property include but are not limited to holding keys, taking deliveries, carrying parcels & shopping, greeting, screening and escorting visitors. The Night Concierge will be responsible for ensuring that the reception is manned at all times and that the residents' needs are met whilst at the same time maintaining the security of the premises.
