Night Concierge

Night Concierge 7pm to 7am 4 on 4 off London SE1 £30k Experienced Night Concierge for a exclusive, residential development situated close to Borough Tube Station. As a Night Concierge you will be responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents and guests at the development and will be the main point of contact for all queries. Your day-to-day duties will also involve the operation of the Concierge Desk and monitoring of on-site security. Must have good organisational skills, excellent communication skills and customer service skills and have a strong proven track record. The concierge services for the property include but are not limited to holding keys, taking and recording deliveries, greeting, screening and escorting visitors, reporting any health and safety issues, and ensuring that the common parts are kept clean and tidy. The Concierge will be responsible for ensuring that the reception is manned at all times and that the residents needs are met whilst at the same time maintaining the security of the premises. The successful candidate must be extremely well presented and polite. All applicants must have a strong command of the English language, must be assertive, have initiative and a very keen eye for detail
