We are looking for hard-working, experienced Caretakers to join our temporary team.
Must produce excellent references for your experience.
You will be working at residential developments in the London area and be responsible for:
- Logging and reporting any incidents of disrepair including all building defects, plumbing, heating and lighting defects.
- Cleaning the communal areas inside and outside including clearing any rubbish, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting and polishing brass.
Immediate start available.
Mon to Fri various hours available.
£12.71 per hour + holiday pay @ 12.07%.
