We are seeking an experienced Porter to work at a residential building in St John’s Wood area in London. You will be responsible for:

  • Meeting and greeting residents
  • Monitoring fire alarm panels
  • Managing visitors entering and leaving the building
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Handling parcels
  • Logging and reporting any building defects or incidents of disrepair (such as plumbing, heating, and lighting issues) to the Managing Agent
  • Supervising the cleaners to ensure the building’s high standards are maintained
  • Rubbish collection
  • Sweeping courtyard
  • Assisting with scheduling contractors’ visits and other related tasks
