We are seeking an experienced Porter to work at a residential building in St John’s Wood area in London. You will be responsible for:
- Meeting and greeting residents
- Monitoring fire alarm panels
- Managing visitors entering and leaving the building
- Answering telephone calls
- Handling parcels
- Logging and reporting any building defects or incidents of disrepair (such as plumbing, heating, and lighting issues) to the Managing Agent
- Supervising the cleaners to ensure the building’s high standards are maintained
- Rubbish collection
- Sweeping courtyard
- Assisting with scheduling contractors’ visits and other related tasks
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong organisational and self-motivation skills, and a great sense of responsibility.
