Our client is seeking a highly experienced and service-driven Head Porter/Concierge to oversee the daily supervision and coordination of Front of House operations and 24-hour Porterage team. The successful candidate will also provide a high-quality front of house service for residents in the private apartment complex and conduct daily building inspections, health and safety checks, coordinate cleaners, maintenance staff, gardeners, and other contractors, including routine visits (lifts, boiler plant, fire systems, pest control, etc.).

Also manage access and security, and all site records and logs. We are looking for candidates with strong residential concierge/building management experience, excellent customer service and communication skills, good organisational ability and a calm, practical approach.
