Duties include:
- Cleaning of the communal areas of the apartment blocks
- Managing bins and bin area to ensure proper waste disposal
- Managing the cleanliness of the bin area
- Pulling bins out for refuse collection
- Litter picking of the estate grounds and car park
- Jet washing if required
- General internal cleaning of the lobbies, corridors and landings
