Shifts: 7pm to 7am, 4 on 4 off

Salary: £29,000

Exceptional and experienced Concierge required to join a small high end residential building. Candidates need only apply if they are totally self-disciplined and highly experienced in customer service and dealing with VIP clients and possess a critical eye for detail when it comes to carrying out specific instructions and duties/tasks.

Must have good organisational skills, excellent communication skills and customer service skills, a good understanding of Health and Safety, and have a strong proven track record.

The right candidate will also ideally have some technical/maintenance knowledge when it comes to dealing with reactive maintenance and technical faults in the building in order to assist in the smooth running of the building.

The concierge services for the property include but are not limited to:

  • holding keys
  • taking deliveries
  • carrying parcels & shopping
  • greeting, screening and escorting visitors
  • providing lifestyle services for residents

The Concierge will be responsible for ensuring that the reception is manned at all times and that the residents' needs are met whilst at the same time maintaining the security of the premises. The successful candidate must be extremely well presented and polite. All applicants must have a strong command of the English language, must be assertive, and show initiative. Must have a strong proven track record of working in either a five-star hotel or high end serviced or private residences as the Concierge will be responsible for the smooth running of nightly operations of the Front Desk & Lobby, consistently delivering service excellence to the Residents keeping in view the ever-changing residents’ needs. Multi-Skill/ Multi-Tasking is seen as an imperative.
