Residential Block Manager Hybrid (Part Time) 25 hours per week £38,000 pro rata Larkfield, Kent ME20

Our client is now recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to manage a residential portfolio of apartment blocks and estates in and around surrounding areas of Maidstone Kent. The right candidate will be an experienced Block Property Manager with a minimum of 5 years experience in residential block management and hold TPI Level 3 as a minimum (Level 4 preferred).

The Property Manager will be available as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of blocks, dealing with lessee concerns and reports of maintenance both via our reporting platform and homeowner calls/emails. Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of properties, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations.
  • Ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard and comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Managing and writing budgets for block properties.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety standards, fire safety, and property management laws.

The proposed working hours are 9am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday with a 30-minute lunch break, although flexibility can be negotiated. Office based in Larkfield with two days per week working from home.
